Hydro power - to produce electricity from water, gaining an environmentally friendly energy from a permanently renewable source, has been our motivating force since more than 100 years. Small hydro stations must meet the natural conditions and the various operating tasks. For this reason we are building tailor-made hydro stations.
To reach this goal special solutions have been developed for your hydro engine:
- Original OSSBERGER Cross-Flow Turbines intended for asynchronous or synchronous power stations: The cross-flow turbine is a hydro engine, developed by the Australian Michell, the Hungarian Banki and the German Ossberger. Ossberger made a serial product of this turbine type. Belonging to the free-jet or impulse type, it is mostly built as a two-cell draft tube turbine. Just in the case of small run-of-the-river stations its flat efficiency curve renders a higher annual performance than other turbine systems.
- Kaplan Turbines / Kaplan bulb turbines as reaction turbines for various applications
- Water turbine controllers for automatic operation
- Water turbine controllers for grid-connected operation
- Water turbine controllers for the economic use within drinking water reservoirs, rainwater detention basins controlled according to volume, flow rate and pressure.
- Automatic trash rack cleaners for automatic trash rack cleaning and trash conveyor
Additionally our production range includes the following:
- Coli-Cleaner - Non-chemical washing plants for work piece cleaning
