A new record has been established with VANAZIT hydro station regarding the power outputs achieved:
The OSSBERGER Cross Flow Turbine of 1250 mm runner diameter will go into service in Turkey with the following power figures:
Hn = 112.32 m
Q = 3,500 l/s
NT = 3,353 kW
NG = 3,090 kW (= 3,433 kVA at a cos.phi of 0.9)
The MV generator is the most particular item of this project. Furthermore the complete electrotechnical equipment was ordered from Ossberger, including the process control with visualization and the transformer.
