On booth no. 14E28 in hall 14 the Plastics Technology division of OSSBERGER GmbH + Co will for the first time exhibit its PRESSBLOWER Injection Blow Moulder type DUO 35.
As the unique PRESSBLOWER Injection Blow Moulding Process is offering special features OSSBERGER will show this machine producing plastic collapsible tubes of an unconventional design like it might nevertheless be used in the cosmetics industry.
The mould will be laid out for a tube which will be octagonal in the shoulder area but round at the open end with some additional features. With such kind of a tube it will perfectly be shown that the PRESSBLOWER process is the one to be selected as soon as specialised or customised market needs are to be met.
A standard or a round tube might as well be made in other manufacturing processes; specialities, however, do need a special approach with the PRESSBLOWER process which is representing the economic and highly flexible alternative.
The singularity of the PRESSBLOWER process will be underlined during the show by running an LDPE grade coloured with a special effect Masterbatch.
