Process

The Ossberger cleaning technology allows cleaning of soiled annular workpieces made of brass, soiled with medium-viscosity fluids like e.g. oil, with a surface of app. 180 cm², clocked in line and with a cycle time of 4 sec./part.

Result

Parts with a constant film thickness of app. 3 µm, for follow-up processes as e.g.  tactile and optical measurement, as well as packing for the end customer.
