Process

The Ossberger cleaning technology allows cleaning of aluminum bodies, soiled with emulsions and particles, with a surface of app. 1390 cm², clocked in line, with a cycle time of 8 sec./part.

Result

Dry parts at room temperature and with surface tensions of up to 42 mN/m, for demanding follow-up manufacturing processes as e.g. coating, optical testing etc.
