The Ossberger cleaning technology allows cleaning of gearwheels, soiled with honing oil and grinding abrasion, with the help of heat, within 3 seconds.

Result

Undamaged workpieces with oil residues < 0.4mg/part and a constant film thickness as well as particles < 600µm.
